Étoile is a world of imagination. Our styles are original yet creative in everyway. Each photoshoot is uniquely tailored to you, and we welcome your thoughts and creativity along the way.
How long is the session?
Étoile Story photo session takes 1 - 1.5 hours, and we work with your ideas and provide feedbacks. Some photoshoots may require more time than others. For instance, at times children may become restless during the photoshoot, and we may ask them to re-pose to obtain optimum result. Étoile will decide if additional time is needed during each photo session.
Étoile Fantasy photo session is a halft day photographic experience that generally runs for 4 hours.
How many photos can we expect from a photoshoot?
The number depends on many factors. As a rule of thumb, we typically land on 30 to 40 images. Our job is to hand pick the most desirable photos, as we do not tolerate any imperfections.
How many photo will be fully edited and retouch?
All deliverable images are professionally fully edited and retouched. Étoile do not deliver images straight from the camera.
Do you charge retouching fee?
We do not charge retouching fee!
How long is the delivery time?
10 - 14 days for digital files only, 2 to 3 weeks for prints. If rush delivery is needed please inform us in advance.
Do you sell prints? What type of printing technology do you use?
We do sell prints, and we offer wide selection of print options. Étoile provides photographic prints and museum fine arts prints on resin-coated or fiber-based papers. Étoile member can also request digital-C prints or archival pigment prints if desired. All prints are the highest quality and the latest printing technology offerings. Do you have copyright release?
Étoile retains copyright on all images created by the studio. Étoile customers receive image for personal use.
What is your cancellation and reschedule policy?
In the event you need to cancel or postpone your photoshoot, we require a 14 days notice in advance. If your child is ill, reschedule is strongly recommended because we don't want the children to labor through photo sessions when they're sick. Please understand even though we don't set our policy on stone, any reschedule change could result in shooting location change which may become an inconvenience to you.
